Victron's BlueSolar PWM LCD/USB charge controllers are great little units for maintaining a 12V or 24V Pb or LFP (internal BMS only) battery bank where a regular MPPT isn't necessary. Available in the LCD (with load output) or LCD-DUO (with dual charge outputs for charging a separate battery); select your version above!

Victron's BlueSolar PWM LCD/USB charge controllers are great little units for maintaining a 12V or 24V Pb or LFP (internal BMS only) battery bank where a regular MPPT isn't necessary.  The built-in LCD screen offers a quick and easy way to check your battery voltage, view the charging stage, and complete the initial setup. Since these are PWM controllers and therefore not subject to the "vbatt + 5V" requirement of an MPPT, these units will turn on and start charging when the PV voltage is even 1V over battery voltage, making them such a great, cost-effective solution for maintaining a start battery from a small solar panel that even our head tech uses one to keep his start battery topped off when his car isn't being driven!

Available in the LCD model (with load output) or LCD-DUO model (with second battery output in lieu of load output).

These are perfect for maintaining a Pb or LFP (with an internal BMS) start battery and/or a small auxiliary battery bank using low-voltage solar panels; maximum PV input voltage when charging a 12V nominal battery bank is 28V, while maximum PV input voltage when charging a 24V battery bank is 55V.

Voltage detection between 12V and 24V banks is automatic, except in the case of LFP batteries which must be configured manually.

PLEASE NOTE that in the case of the LCD-DUO model, the unit is 12V or 24V; it is not possible to connect a 12V battery to one output and a 24V battery to the second; both outputs must be connected to batteries of the same nominal voltage.

These units have 5 user-selectable charge profiles, including 3 Pb profiles and 2 LFP profiles (1 12.8V LFP, 1 25.6V LFP), and in the case of the LCD-DUO model, each output can be independently configured for a different profile - ie, Output 1 can be configured for AGM Pb to charge your start battery, while Output 2 can be configured for 12.8V LFP to charge a small LFP auxiliary battery.

Both models also have two 5V/1A USB ports for charging devices or even powering small accessories, and the LCD model has a separate load output port with configurable low-voltage shutdown and restart thresholds for powering small consumers (LCD-DUO model does not have load output).
