Shipping and Returns

**Please be sure to inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt and promptly contact us should you find any discrepancies in your order. We always strive for perfection in order fulfillment, but if we slipped up we need to know about it right away so that we can make it right! Claims of missing or incorrect items in shipments older than 30 days will not be considered.**

Shipping:

Domestic shipping methods:
- UPS/FedEx: Ground, 2-day, Overnight (shipped from some distributors)
- USPS: First Class, Priority Mail, Priority Express

- Truck freight for large/heavy items

International shipping methods:
- USPS Priority and Priority Express Mail
- DHL
- UPS International

Items shipped to the lower 48 states from our San Diego, CA warehouse generally go via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and we usually use USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Some items are shipped directly from our distributors, who might use other carriers.

Some items can only be shipped via ground transportation, and will be generally be marked as such in the description or one of our team will reach out to you.

There are places we won't ship to, but not many, and you're probably not there anyway. But we gladly ship almost everyplace else you're likely to be - drop us a line if you have any questions.

Returns:

**Contact us for a return authorization number, form, and shipping instructions. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA# AND ACCOMPANYING FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED**

*The customer must pay return shipping costs for all returns unless the return is a result of our error in shipping.

*In the event the error was ours, we will of course cover all shipping costs and there will be no additional fees.

*Returns within 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee, provided the product is unused and in the original packaging.

*Returns without original packaging and accessories will not be accepted.

*Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

*Electrical components that have been opened but have not been installed may be subject to an additional 5-10% fee for testing.

*Electrical components that have been installed are not returnable.

*We know you want your stuff, and we want to get it to you! Please ensure that the shipping address and delivery method chosen is correct! We ship to the shipping address provided during checkout; in the event that a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, we may -at our discretion- contact the consignee for a corrected address for reshipment, but in general we will refund the order amount in full, less the shipping charge. 

*Batteries are not returnable except (in limited cases) for warranty testing/replacement, in which case the unit will be inspected and tested, and if the fault is verified and determined to be covered by warranty, the unit will be replaced free of additional charge.

*Special-order items are not returnable except for warranty testing/repair/replacement service, in which case you must contact us for a return authorization numer, form, and shipping instructions. Once received, the component(s) will be inspected and tested, and if the fault is verified and determined to be covered by warranty, the component(s) will be repaired or replaced free of additional charge.

*Bargain Bin items are not returnable except for (where applicable) warranty testing/repair/replacement service, in which case you must contact us for a return authorization numer, form, and shipping instructions. Once received, the component(s) will be inspected and tested, and if the fault is verified and determined to be covered by warranty, the component(s) will be repaired or replaced free of additional charge.

*Some brands we carry require that warranty service be handled by their own technical services; in many cases this is clear in the component manual and printed warranty policy, but if in question feel free to reach out to us!

*We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that is not in "as new" condition.
