The MultiPlus 12/1200/50-16 120V VE.Bus is an incredibly compact little inverter-charger capable of 1200VA inverting (~1000w continuous depending on type of load) and 12A 120vAC passthrough to power consumers and recharge the battery bank at up to 50A charge rate when AC input is present.
Much like its big brother MultiPlus and MultiPlus-II series of 2000 to 5000VA inverter-chargers, the MultiPlus 1200VA offers true pure sine inverting, sophisticated 50A 4-stage battery charging with adaptive charge technology along with a 1A secondary trickle-charge output, PowerControl and PowerAssist, and high-speed AC transfer switch to ensure seamless power transfer when mains power is lost, plus VE.Bus connectivity for programming, connection to a GX device, and/or parallel operation, all in an incredibly compact form factor!
Boasting up to 90% peak efficiency and requiring only 12w of standby (zero-load) power or a miniscule 5w in "search mode" while offering up to 1000w continuous output and capable of supporting a surge load of 2000w while only requiring a minimum battery bank of 100 to 600AH, this little powerhouse is sure to be a great addition as a small UPS for sensitive electronics or a weekend away!
