Please note: These batteries are component battery systems, and require multiple other parts to function. Professional installation is required; please have your installer contact us prior to ordering to demonstrate a working knowledge of the Victron Energy Component Battery environment.
Please select your delivery method (pick up or shipped); if picking up, please be aware that these will be ordered to suit so will usually be available for pickup within 5-10 business days of your order. If being shipped, these can ship palletized freight only, and will be shipped usually within 5-10 business days of your order. These are ~150lbs each, so please plan accordingly for 2-person move/unbox/install/etc as appropriate!

Victron Energy's NG component lithium batteries have integrated cell balancing and cell monitoring, and require the use of one of Victron's NG component battery management system (BMS NG) to manage the batteries. Up to 50 batteries per BMS can be paralleled and up to 5 BMS per system, so that a 24V battery bank of up to 25000Ah can be assembled. The cell balancing/monitoring cables can be daisychained and must be connected to a Victron Energy NG Battery Management System (BMS NG).
The BMS will:
- Disconnect or shut down the load whenever the voltage of a battery cell falls to less than 2.5V.
- Stop the charging process whenever the voltage of a battery cell increases to more than 4.2V.
- Shut down the system whenever the temperature of a cell exceeds 50°C.
- Control the cell balancing while charging and discharging
A complete Victron Energy Component NG LFP Battery System consists of:
• One or more Victron Energy Component NG LFP batteries
• Victron Energy BMS NG
• Charge relay, typically one of the Cyrix-Li-Charge series
• Load relay, either the Cyrix-Li-Load or one of the Smart BatteryProtect models
• Digital Multi Control (may or may not be required depending on the system)
• (optional) Cerbo GX with GX Touch 50 or GX Touch 70 Accessory Screen
• Cables including Victron Energy RJ45 UTP cables and others as necessary
