Cooper Eaton Bussmann Series 285 Surface-Mount Marine-Rated Circuit Breakers
These single-pole thermal type circuit breakers are surface mount, so are easy to install where needed without a panel or cutout. Typical uses are for inverters, windlasses, bow thrusters, solar systems, and automotive applications. Visible reset lever clearly indicates open condition, and offers trip-free operation: cannot be held closed after a trip.
The 285-series breakers are ignition protected and IP67 weatherproof for marine use, rated to 48VDC maximum, and comply with ABYC E-11 and SAE J1171.
Termination posts are 5/16".
