    The Magnum MS2000 combines a 2000-watt pure sine wave inverter with a 100-amp 12 volt battery charger, designed specifically for the most demanding mobile and off grid applications. The MS Series is powerful, easy-to-use, and best of all, cost effective - a top-quality component for your boat, RV, or solar installation.

    The Magnum MS2000 and MS2012 are similar, except that the MS2000 has a 30 amp transfer switch, and the MS2012 has 60 amp pass-through capability. If you have a 30 amp feed to your boat or RV, or are not using the transfer switch capabilities, the MS2000 is probably adequate. If you have a 50 or 60 amp feed, you are probably better off with the MS2012 or one of the larger models. The actual output of the inverters themselves are the same.     The Magnum MS-2000 provides a pure sine wave output, making it a great choice for powering TVs, Stereos, and other sensitive electronics. It also features a Power Factor Corrected (PFC) Charger, which uses 25-30% less power than a standard charger, for less generator run time and lower electricity costs when charging.

    Magnum MS-series inverter chargers are designed for the marine and mobile market, in addition to solar installations. They can be mounted in any position, and with easy-to-access connections, installation is easy and safe. All Magnum MS-series inverter-chargers include a 60 amp transfer switch, except the MS2000, which has a 30 amp switch.

    Magnum backs the MS Series inverter-chargers with a three-year limited warranty.

    Accessories:

         Remote control: Two remote control models are available. Note that one of these is needed
         to configure the charger for any battery type other than flooded lead/acid. The remote is a nice
         feature, but not required as long as you are using lead/acid batteries.

         Battery Monitor Kit (BMK): Used with either remote control, the BMK allows real-time
         monitoring of current flow and better management of battery capacity.

         AGS module: Automatically starts and stops your generator based on temperature or battery
         voltage. Integrated and stand-alone models are available.
