Ordering:
We do not have a showroom, retail location, or point-of-sale options, so all orders must be placed online. If you need a particular Victron Energy or Sterling Power component that is not listed on our site, please contact us either via email at [email protected] or by phone at 619-320-5899. Voicemails left in the general mailbox will typically be returned within 24-48 business hours, M-F 9-5 Pacific.

 

Shipping:
Domestic shipping methods:
- FedEx: Ground, 2-day, Overnight (shipped from our facility)
- UPS: Ground, 2-day, Overnight (shipped from some distributors)
- USPS: First Class, Priority Mail, Priority Express
- Truck freight for large/heavy items

International shipping methods:
- USPS Priority and Priority Express Mail
- DHL
- FedEx International
- UPS International

Items shipped to the lower 48 states from our San Diego, CA warehouse generally go via UPS or USPS, and we usually use USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Some items are shipped directly from our distributors, who might use other carriers.

Some items can only be shipped via ground transportation, and will be generally be marked as such in the description or one of our team will reach out to you.

There are places we won't ship to, but not many, and you're probably not there anyway. But we gladly ship almost everyplace else you're likely to be - drop us a line if you have any questions.

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, or PayPal.

Returns:
**Contact us for a return authorization number, form, and shipping instructions. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA# AND ACCOMPANYING FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED**
*The customer must pay return shipping costs for all returns unless the return is a result of our error in shipping.
*Returns within 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee, provided the product is unused and in the original packaging.
*In the event the error was ours, we will of course cover all shipping costs and there will be no additional fees.
*Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
*Electrical components that have been opened but have not been installed may be subject to an additional 5-10% fee for testing.
*Electrical components that have been installed are not returnable.
*Batteries are not returnable except for warranty testing/replacement, in which case the unit will be inspected and tested, and if the fault is verified and determined to be covered by warranty, the unit will be replaced free of additional charge.
*Special-order items are not returnable except for warranty testing/repair/replacement service, in which case the component(s) will be inspected and tested, and if the fault is verified and determined to be covered by warranty, the component(s) will be repaired or replaced free of additional charge.
*We reserve the right to refuse any item that is not in "as new" condition.
*We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without notice.

Privacy:
There is an in-depth privacy policy elsewhere, but the bottom line is that we're in the specialty electrical distribution component business. We're not in the business of selling anyone's personal information. Your transaction data - but not your credit card info - resides on our servers, and on our servers only. Your online credit card transactions are handled by our bank's secure payment site, and we do not see the details.
