The SmartSolar 150/100 is appropriate for controlling up to 1450W of solar panels at 12V, 2900W at 24V, 4350W at 36V, or an impressive 5800W at 48V nominal battery voltage, with a hard limit maximum PV open circuit voltage of 150VDC; we strongly recommend a maximum design array VOC of 135VDC to ensure that the input voltage limit is never exceeded. The unit will automatically select between 12V, 24V, or 48V on the output so long as the installation is performed as directed; 36V charging must be manually configured through the VictronConnect app.

This unit is also equipped with a display port to which the optional SmartSolar Pluggable Display may be connected, allowing you to view the state of the controller at a glance!

The SmartSolar 150/100-Tr VE.Can solar charge controller can be connected right out of the box and a rotary switch lets you choose between 8 preset battery profiles. For more extensive configuration and monitoring, connect to the unit using the free VictronConnect app on your smartphone or tablet. Being able to access 30 days of history including daily yield and the amount of time spent in each charge stage, as well as dial in your desired charge profile to the 1/100th of a volt, can be invaluable for managing your energy collection and use.
